All prices are per vehicle, not per person. Whether you travel solo or with up to eight friends, the headline price stays the same — the more guests you bring along, the better the value per traveller.

We offer free door-to-door pickup from any hotel, B&B, apartment, train station, cruise port or airport in central Edinburgh. For pickups outside the city we add a small transfer fee — message us first and we'll confirm before you book.

Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellations and amendments are handled in line with our Terms & Conditions; cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. To change a date, simply reply to your confirmation email and we'll do our best to fit you in on another day.

Your booking includes a private Mercedes-class vehicle, a friendly English-speaking private driver, all fuel and parking, comprehensive insurance and door-to-door service. Entrance tickets, meals and drinks are optional extras paid on the day so you stay in control of your spend.

Absolutely. Scotland is wonderfully family-friendly and our tours are too. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at £10 each, and children up to your vehicle's seat capacity travel free of charge.

Tours run in almost any weather — moody skies, drizzle and rainbows are part of the Scottish charm. If conditions become genuinely unsafe (heavy snow, road closures), we'll proactively reschedule for free or refund you in full.

Yes — every tour is flexible. Tell your driver on the day or message us in advance to add stops, swap sights or extend the route. For a fully bespoke day from scratch, use our Customize Your Tour form.
